City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate of Competence in Utility Arboriculture Basic Electrical Knowledge (0038-30) – 9th April

This course is designed for individuals seeking to enhance their knowledge or begin a career in utility arboriculture. The minimum age requirement is 16 years, and each course is limited to a maximum of six participants to ensure high-quality training.
The programme consists of two days of training, followed by an additional day during which an independent assessor will assess each candidate for a City & Guilds Certificate of Competence.
The course provides a comprehensive understanding of the hazards associated with working near electrical equipment. Participants will learn how to identify electrical equipment, understand safe working distances, and apply essential safety procedures and protocols.
Training is delivered through a combination of classroom-based learning and site visits, allowing candidates to observe and understand electrical equipment in real-world settings.
