Utility Aerial Tree Pruning City and Guilds level 3 qualification 0038-34 – 20th May

This qualification is for people who hold city and guild certificates of competence chainsaw maintenance and cross cutting, small tree felling, basic electrical knowledge, utility tree species recognition, utility ground based pruning, tree climb and aerial rescue and chainsaw from a rope and harness.

This is a one day training course where you will learn how to carry out how and when you can prune trees away from an over head conductor. you will also learn how to install ropes with utility rods and know how to prune branches away from live conductors and when the power should be switched off.

Equipment needed – chainsaw PPE, Chainsaw, hand saw, Utility rods and tree climbing equipment that has a current up to date inspection record via LOLER 98.

Cost £275 + VAT per person
